Neat Stuff!

Here's a really neat photo of Saturn's rings. The dark "spike" is a shadow of one of Saturn's moons on the rings. Click on the photo for a large version and notice the white band around the center ... check out the shadows these "clumps" cast on the rings!

It sucks to be a Pirate!

A day after being paid a $3 million ransom to release a Saudi supertanker, 5 of the pirates drowned with their share of the ransom. Their boat overturned in rough seas. An uncle of one of the dead pirates, blamed the naval surveillance for the accident that killed his pirate nephew Saturday. "The boat the pirates were traveling in capsized because it was running at high speed because the pirates were afraid of an attack from the warships patrolling around," he said. Too bad.

Now, here's an interesting bit of research, Sneezing could mean you are secretly thinking about sex. Doesn't seem to work for me though.

However, I am afflicted with photic sneeze reflex, so at least I've got some weirdness!

Congrats to the Tampa Bay Rays for beating the Boston Red Sox, making their first appearance in the World Series against the Philadelphia Phillies.

This time, the real Sarah Palin was a guest on the show! Looks like they are starting to run out of material ... didn't think the opening was that great (like the rest of the show).



However, the "Palin Rap" was pretty good!!
